Joseph J. Iatarola, on May 5, 2024, of Glendora, NJ. Formerly of Pennsauken,NJ. Age 86.
Beloved husband of 60 years to Joan (nee Horvath). Loving father of Denise Favieri (Anthony), James Iatarola (Sherry) and Lenore Curley (Mike). Adoring grandfather of Sydney, Kaitlyn, Justin, Joey, Brandon and Jacob. Joseph is pre-deceased by his parents Guiseppe and Rose (nee Capone) Iatarola. Dear brother of his pre-deceased siblings Albert, Concetta, Nancy and Tony. Joseph is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Joseph was proud of his career with Lockheed Martin as a machinist. His most cherished traditions were Sunday family dinners. Joseph loved making Christmas cookies every year with his children and grandchildren; his job was manning the pizzelle maker. Frank Sinatra songs playing and surrounded by family was always the perfect day! Joseph spent his free-time practicing his carpentry skills and playing video poker at the casino. Above all, Joseph was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who loved his family fiercely.
There will be a visitation from 10 am to 12 noon on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Funeral Service at 12 noon. Interment is private.
