Anne M. Persichetti, passed away on April 15, 2024, of Glendora, NJ. Age 76. Beloved wife of Edward Persichetti for 55 years. Devoted mother of Renee Austermehle (Rob), Eric Persichetti (Rachael), Eddie Persichetti (Merry). Loving grandmother of Robby, Rylee, Oaklyn, Gavin, Torricella, and Forrest. Dear sister of Donna Bartlett (Thom), Richard (the late Annmarie), Jane Heitman (Mike), and the late Frank Iavicola (Marie).

Anne was the matriarch of her family, cherishing every moment spent with her loved ones, especially her grandchildren who held special place in her heart. Anne enjoyed the simple things in life such as feeling the sand between her toes, taking walks on the Ocean City boardwalk, the smell of the sea, and the view of lighthouses. She loved to dance and entertain. Anne brought a light and joy to those around her. Her infectious energy and warm smile made every gathering a special event. She will be missed dearly by all.

There will be a visitation on Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 10am to 11:30am. Funeral Mass 12 Noon at Holy Child Parish, St. Teresa RC Church. Interment is private at the request of the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Anne's memory to https://www2.jdrf.org.

CandleTo Ed, Renee, Eric and Eddie -

I
My heart has ached for all of you since I heard the news of your beloved wife and mother’s passing. I pray for the Lord to bring His Peace to you sorrowful hearts during your time of loss.

I will forever remember the warm, kind and loving person we shared so many holidays with during Robby, Rylee, and Luke’s childhood years, especially all the New Year’s Eve celebrations we had to welcome in the year ahead! She was always so thoughtful and sweet to all of us…the memories will be forever cherished in my heart, as well as Luke’s, where her Spirit will be remembered dearly!!!

I am truly sorry I was unable to attend her service on Saturday, please know that my absence was not a reflection of the importance your wife and Mom played in my life for many years. She was always kind-hearted, loving and a reflection of God’s Love here on Earth and now - she has gained her wings, is there in heaven with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and most importantly, she suffers no more.

With love and prayers -

Paul, Amy, and Luke Austermehle

To Ed and family
We are deeply saddened by the news of Ann’s passing.
Our prayers are with you and your family. May you and your family treasure the memories forever held in your hearts.
Ann and Ed were very good neighbors. Any time a neighbor needed help they were there.
You were more than neighbors, you were family to us.

My name is Jean Wilkins and I have lived next-door to ann and Ed for many many decades they have been one of the best neighbors anyone could ever ask for they were always very friendly and very helpful, and was the most kind, and always had a smile on her face, and very easy-going, going to miss her so much!

Funny story One time I went to a wedding and I seen her and I was wearing her dress, that she gave to me. She was happy to see me wearing it .

Sending hugs and sympathies to the family 🙏❤️🫶

Daughter, Big sister, cousin ,wife, mother , great Aunt, n Memom, yes and she owned every one of them with love. And was the best sister you could possibly ever have . she gave me my first title of an aunt which nobody will know how much that saved our lives. But she was also my best friend.. with our family parties, every birthday, every Christmas Eve, every New Year’s Eve we were always together as a family as a unit .Ocean City Summers our midnight bike rides on the boardwalk ,being super quiet not to wake MOM) on the back steps ,our trips to New England, lots of stories there ,our shopping trips where we stopped to have a drink and never went shopping , yard sales ,Poconos ,Rim Rock, Outer Banks, and of course, I can never forget our New Year’s parade trips, trips, and more trips let’s get in the car we were gypsies. the memories she left will be forever cherished. The pictures which are many will forever be cherished if you knew her, she put a stamp on your heart somehow someway. Rest in peace my sister we will meet again and we will have some catching up to do. I will forever Love you More.

Anne ALWAYS made me and everyone around her feel comfortable and at home. She loved family and her life. She NEVER sat down and was always there to get whatever anyone needed. I will miss her sunny disposition and her infectious energy.

CandleOur thoughts and prayers are with Ed, Renee, Eric,Eddie, and all of their family members and friends. Anne was a special person and will always be remembered for her warm welcome and bright smile whenever we got together. We thought we'd share a photo of Anne and Renee dancing to the string band at my Mom's surprise 70th birthday party back in 2004.

I am so saddened by Anne's passing. I knew her for many years when she worked for Home Interiors. She also was a former neighbor in Bellmawr. Anne was always a delight to be around. My deepest condolences to the family.
