It is with an extremely heavy heart that I write this tribute for my dear friend, Anthony Arthur Patrizi, - my best friend, my confidant, my brother in arms. Our friendship is not measured by days, weeks, months or even years, as it was a friendship that spanned many decades! The memories shared are also too many to be counted! We shared numerous vacations including visiting my family in Germany and his in Italy. We also went on many fantastic cruises on many wonderful ships including the Queen Elizabeth 2. The wonderful memories shared with Tony are more than could possibly be counted. In closing, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Tony for the privilege of being his friend. Thank you for the laughter, the lessons, and the love. For all of us, his circle of friends, thank you for the countless ways in which you enriched our lives. While we bid you farewell today, your memory will forever hold a sacred place in our hearts.

Tony and Michael are my neighbors. Since the day they moved in they were kind and loving and we instantly bonded into an amazing friendship. It won't be the same without Tony, I love and will miss him very, very much.

My heart is heavy knowing that such a beautiful man has left this earth however his mark as a loving, kind, caring person will be carried in all the hearts of those who had the privilege of being blessed with his friendship. Working with and knowing Tony will always be one of the fondest memories of my career as a teacher in Runnemede. My thoughts and prayers are with those loved one he left behind.

I am so sorry to learn of Tony’s passing and it breaks my heart to think he suffered with cancer. We taught together for 8 years in Runnemede long ago. Tony always brought happiness to the teacher’s’ room. The day after the Oscars, Emmys & Tony Awards we’re the best as we all discussed & dissected the show. Tony loved his family, Becky and the joy of life. I cherished his friendship and will always remember him with a smile. Rest In Peace, dear Tony, you will be missed.

I am sad to hear this news. Tony was a very dear friend of my family ever since he and my mother (Dee Tanda) worked together at school in the 70's. I lost touch with him after my mom passed, but thought of him often. RIP Tony. You were loved.

Tony Patrizi, always a gentleman. He was one of the kindest caring man that I ever met. Tony was loved and respected by his fellow directors and all of the young ladies , Miss and Teens who competed for the Miss New Jersey title.
I can't imagine the world without him but I know that he has been reunited with his Heavenly family. God bless you Tony

It is difficult to find the words for a suitable tribute to someone who made a significant impact on your life. Mr. Patrizi (never Tony, even now...) was an exceptional teacher. I've had many throughout my life, and they were all measured against his ability to truly reach his students and his unceasing empathy. We've had contact from time to time, usually when I was feeling the call of home and that need to connect with someone who understood just how magical a three-year span could be in the life of a young person. Thank you for everything, Tony. You'll be missed...
