Condolences to the family.
Sincerest sympathies to Jean and the entire Wysocki family, from both Florence and myself. Joe and I shared a career together. The phrase "Cop's Cop' comes to mind as Joe was one of those types of police professional and the best friend to have with a smile to get the task done or just have a friendly chat. May God bless him and his entire family. It was an honor to know him.
Honor, family, conviction, devotion and generosity are just a few words that could be used when remembering Mr "W" as I would say. We will all miss you.
