Berzins, Anna (nee Strauss) age 82, passed away on October 20, 2023.
She was born in Latvia and came to the United States as a child. She was a long-time resident of Gloucester Township, NJ. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Valdis, Sr. Beloved mother of Valdis Berzins, Jr. (Diane M. Morris), Agnes Bratton (Scott), Edward Berzins and Christina Kerns (Justin). Loving grandmother of Nicholas (Sarah), Allyson, Scott, Jr., Amelia and Keanan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The funeral services will be held privately by the immediate family.

Anna will remain in my warm memory as long as I live. She always was happy to chat in Latvian - the mother tongue she had never forgotten. She was generous with her hospitality, as well as countless cards and packages sent to her relatives in Latvia. Rest in peace and vieglas smiltis, Anniņ!
