Edith Marie Brennan (nee Kane) passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on October 16, 2023. Edith lived in Runnemede for 51-years. Age 79.
Born June 11, 1944 in Philadelphia. Edith is the daughter of Patrick Kane and Agnes Ambron (nee Whalen) (Martin). Dear sister of James, John and William Kane and Patricia Clancy (Dennis).
Loving wife of the late James P. Brennan Sr. Cherished mother of James Brennan Jr., Patricia Brennan, Joseph Brennan, Donna Melchiore, Ronald Brennan, and Francis Brennan (Michelle).
Devoted grandmother of Zachary Melchiore (Lianna), James Brennan (Alicia), Kelsey Faye (Dylan), and Jacob Brennan-Monzo.
Blessed great-grandmother of Noah, Alainna, and her baby brother Artemis due in January.
She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, including her three angels Theresa, Mary, and Maureen. She would be a proud Great Aunt of Taylor Kane and Great Great Aunt of sons Taylor James and Alexander Trent who brought so much Love and Light to her life.
Special lifelong friend of Catherine Ramminger and sons Frank and Alan.
She also had a special relationship with Aisha Bebe Khan, who was always there with a helping hand and a crème doughnut.
Services are private at the request of the family.
