Theresa G. Carracino (nee D'Agostino) on October 13, 2023 of Pitman, formerly of Brooklawn. Born and raised in South Philadelphia. Age 74. Beloved wife of the late Albert Carracino. Loving mother of the late Albert Carracino. Survived by daughters Cheryllee Carracino (Billy), Deanna Conigliaro (Steven) and Lana Porter (Kevin). Devoted grandmother of Ashley (Justin), Alexiss, Johnny (Amanda), Albie (Brittany), Salvatore (Emily), Brandon, Giustino, Anthony, Giuliano, Alex, Chase and Aidan. Adoring great-grandmother of Tony, Savannah, Julian, JJ, Francesco, Bella and Angelo.

Theresa is also survived by her brothers Raymond D'Agostino (pre-deceased Marie), Rocky D'Agostino (Nettie). Theresa is also pre-deceased by her brothers Bruce Michael D'Agostino(Doris), Albert D'Agostino. She is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Theresa will be greatly missed by all.

Theresa loved to cook for her family and friends. She enjoyed going to the casinos, down the shore and spending time on the beach. She especially enjoyed the time spent with her family. The Sunday dinners and barbeques were the "Best" and will always be cherished memories for her family.

There will be a viewing from 6pm to 8pm on Tuesday, October 17 at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.

Funeral Service 8pm at the funeral home.

Entombment on Thursday, October 19 at 10am at New St. Mary's Cemetery and Mausoleum.
