Juliann L. Koenig, 71, passed away on February 3, 2023, in Blackwood, NJ.
Juliann "Julie" Koenig (nee Newcome) was born on April 19, 1951 in Camden, NJ to John C. Newcome and Hannah (Johnson) Newcome.
Devoted wife of Fredrick G. Koenig, loving stepmother of Gwen Bauer (Matthew) and "Grandma" of Victoria Bauer. Predeceased by her siblings, James Newcome, John Newcome, Dorothy Franceschini and Joseph Newcome.
Having many loved ones affected by kidney disease, Julie devoted her career to nursing. For decades, Julie was a nurse in the dialysis unit of Our Lady of Lourdes in Camden, which fit well with her caring and compassionate nature. Later in her career she taught dialysis technician students as well.
Services will be private.

Juliann was a good friend and a lovely person. We walked to school together played softball for the Fillies ! Shared many secrets she will be missed.
