Joan P. Vennell (nee Norkus), on December 20, 2022, of Galloway formerly of Camden. Age 89.
Beloved wife of the late Francis for 71 years. Wonderful mother of James (Diane), Debora Deffler, Nancy Pfizenmaier (Mark), and the late Paul (the late Donna). Loving grandmother of Jaclyn, Nicole, Chris, Jeanette, Kristine, Paul, Jaime, Kevin, and Kurt and great grandmother of Harper, Gabriel, Kelsey, Gianna, Kaleigh, Lilly, Christopher, and Ryan. Dear sister of Anne Marie Zegerman (Allen), Patricia Devitt (Charles), and the late Walter Norkus. Sister-in-law of Lorraine Norkus.
Joan loved her family, entertaining, and spending time with them at the beach. She was an amazing cook who could whip up a meal for a group in minutes.
Service and interment are private at the request of the family.

So sorry to hear the passing of your Mom. We have been trying to keep in contact with her since she moved but have been unable to find information on her. She was a great neighbor and friend to us as was your Dad. Prayers are being sent for them. Barbara and Bob Esbrandt 29 Sheffield Place.

Jim and family I am so sorry for your loss, your Mom was a very good person. I remember visiting when you lived on Spruce Street in Westville and De Cou Road in Pine Hill. Remember all the good times at this difficult time to help ease your pain. Sending prayers and condolences.
