"Pop" Frank will be sorely missed by the Prisco Family but never forgotten. One of the best loving caring, family men I've ever had the chance to know. I will never forget how hard he made me and the people around him laugh. He was genuine. I'll miss doing shots and smoking a cigar with him at family parties and dinners. He truly was everybody's pop...
Great family man, loved by all, since I was I kid he always made me laugh, now Iam 68 still made me laugh, now not laughing. Frankie was true S Philly, caring , loyal, and he loved his family, RIP my friend, never, ever forget the many fun times we had.One of a kind, Tommy Lauria & Family

My heart is broken. We can’t believe your gone. I’m keeping busy not to think about it. Memories go through my mind, growing up, even into our adult life, being so close , never arguing, never a bad thing said between us . We didn’t live close but we called each other often., especially on birthdays and holidays. I’ll love you forever, miss you terribly, and tell we meet again. You were one of a kind, and I’ll always be your “Moon”, a nickname you gave me as a baby. 💔💔💔💔💔😢😢😢😢😢 love your Sister Linda & Brother-in-law Sal
