Florence R. Greeley (nee Barrett), on January 17, 2022, formerly of Westville. Age 102.
Beloved wife of the late John P. Greeley. Devoted mother of Walter Bednarczyk (the late Doris), Adam Bednarczyk (the late Virginia), April DiRocco (Joe), and Denise Goss (Jim) and stepmother of Patricia Greely and the late Howard Greeley. Loving grandmother of Tracy Bilski, John P. Bednarczyk, Heather McIntyre, Angela Panaro, Denise Perkins, the late Steven Bednarczyk and Michael Gibbons and great grandmother of Sofia, Nicholas, Vincent, Hank, Jocelyn, Eric, Makayla, and Jayden. Dear sister of the late Mary Cowdrick, Ruth Kurtz, Frank Barrett, and Herb Barrett. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Florence enjoyed dancing and traveling with her friends. During WWII, Florence was a Civil Defense Air Raid Warden to make sure everyone was safe in the neighborhood. She was also the former President of DRIVE for Teamsters Local 676.
There will be a viewing Friday, January 21, 2022 from 10am to 11am at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.
Funeral service 11am at the funeral home.
Interment is private at the request of the family.
