Joseph P. Burns, Sr., on October 16, 2012, of Marlton, formerly of Bellmawr and Gibbsboro. Age 87.

Beloved husband of Mary (nee Brandemarte). Devoted father of Brian Burns, Sr. (Cathy), Donna Burns and Joseph Burns. Loving grandfather of Kimberley, Kristina, Brian, Jr. (Ruth), Andrew, Jonathan and Caroline. Dear brother of Elizabeth and Joan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Joseph was a proud Navy veteran.

There will be a Funeral Mass 11am Friday at St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 27 Kresson-Gibbsboro Road, Gibbsboro, NJ 08026.

Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joseph's memory to St. Jude Children's Research, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
