Claire M. Leary (nee Ferry), on November 28, 2013, of Vineland, formerly of Cherry Hill and Bellmawr. Age 88.


Beloved wife of the late Daniel V. Leary. Loving mother of Jerry (Debbie), Dan (Jan), Tom (Maureen), Richard and the late Barbara. Devoted grandmother of Jerry, Jeff (Danielle), Jennifer, Jacqueline, Daniel, Joan, Richard (Amber) and great grandmother of Ella, Sophia and Austin.


Claire proudly served her country in the U.S. Marines Corp during World War II and worked at the Pentagon. She worked as a bookkeeper for several businesses throughout her lifetime. Claire was an avid reader, enjoyed painting, knitting, needlepoint and arts & crafts.


Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation from 8:15 to 9:15am Friday morning at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.


Funeral Mass 10am at St. Joachim Parish, Annunciation BVM Church, 601 W. Browning Road, Bellmawr.


Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery.


In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Claire's name to NJ Veterans Memorial Home, 524 North West Blvd., Vineland, NJ 08360.
