Stephanie D. Stellato, passed peacefully, on June 28, 2014, at the age of 18. She was a lifelong resident of Blackwood, NJ.


Beloved daughter of Salvatore A. Stellato and Darlene (nee Cugino) Downing. Loving sister of Andrea L. Downing, Michael C. (Alesandra) Stellato and the late Christina Marie Stellato. Dear granddaughter of Elizabeth "Betty" and Norman Thompson and the late Americo and Maria Stellato and the late John Cugino. Niece of Karen Montalvo. Aunt of Sophia Marie. Also survived by many cousins, friends, and loved ones.


Stephanie enjoyed her time at school and was an excellent student at Archbishop Damiano School (St. John of God) in Westville Grove and as a former student at Bankbridge Elementary School (GCSSSD) in Sewell. Stephanie enjoyed her lifelong passion of horseback riding at Shadow Equestrian in Monroeville where it became her "second family." She always loved the color purple and music.


There will be a viewing from 6 to 9pm Monday eve and from 9:15 to 10:15AM Tuesday morning at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.


Funeral mass 11am Tuesday morning at Our Lady of Hope Parish, St. Agnes RC Church, 701 Little Gloucester Road, Blackwood, NJ.


Entombment New St. Mary's Mausoleum, Bellmawr.


Family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made in Stephanie's memory, to the "Stephanie D. Stellato Memorial Fund" at any TD Bank location.
