Mary Ann C. Simone (nee Griffin), on May 11, 2014, of Voorhees; formerly of Gibbsboro and Fairview section of Camden. Age 75.


Devoted mother of the late Donna Waida. Also survived by daughter Lynn Simone and son Joseph Simone, Jr. (loving daughter-in-law Debbie). Mother-in-law of John Waida. Beloved Nanny of Michelle, Nicole, Jennifer, Christopher, John-John, Matthew, Austin, and Shawna. Dear sister of Andrew Brining. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.


Mary Ann worked at DiMedio Lumber and G-Boys Garden & Christmas Center for many years.


She was the secretary/treasurer for Active Adults at St. Andrew the Apostle Church.


She was recently elected the President of the Residents Association at Emeritus Assisted Living in Voorhees, where she resided for the past two years.


There will be a Memorial Mass 11am Thursday at St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 27 Kresson-Gibbsboro Rd., Gibbsboro, NJ 08026.


Interment private at the request of the family.
