Rita J. Smith ( nee McDowell) on October 12, 2012, of Deptford. Age 83.


Beloved wife of the late John V. Smith. Devoted mother of Lois Clark (Bill), Jack Smith, Jean McClellan (Lowell), Victor Smith (Kathy) and Clifford Smith. Loving grandmother of 9 and great grandmother of 15. Dear sister of John McDowell (Dot), Beatrice Britton (Don) the late Edward, Joseph, Richard, Eleanor, and Grace. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.


Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation Thursday evening from 6 to 7pm at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.


Memorial Service 7 pm. Interment private at the request of the family.
