Charles J. Della Vecchia, on November 2, 2014, of Laurel Springs. Age 87.


Beloved husband of the late Theresa M. Della Vecchia (nee Gallo). Devoted father of Gina M. Phelps (Scott), Charles D. Della Vecchia (Linda) and Christine A. Bianchi (Gregory). Loving Pop Pop of Zachary, Victoria, David, Nicholas, Gabrielle, Olivia and Gregory, Jr. Dear brother of Robert Della Vecchia, Roseann DeSimone, Maria Boris (Ted) and the late Angelo, John, Pat, George, Joseph, Henry and James. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.


Mr. Della Vecchia proudly served in the U.S. Army Air Force during WWII.


There will be a viewing from 7 to 9pm Wednesday eve and 10:15 to 11:15am Thursday morning at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.


Funeral Mass 12 noon Thursday at Our Lady of Hope Parish, St. Agnes RC Church, Blackwood.


Entombment Calvary Mausoleum, Cherry Hill.
