Rudolph "Rudy" Giustine Candeloro, age 88, of Somerdale.

Peacefully entered into rest with his family at this side on May 18, 2013.


Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, he was the beloved husband of the late Margaret (nee Gallant). Devoted father of Elizabeth Hefcheck (John), Michael, Andrew, Jean Marie Sindaco (James) and Joseph (Kelly). Loving Grandpop to Anthony, Michael, Rebecca, John, Andrea and Nicolas. Dear brother of Margherita Candeloro, Elodia Williams and the late Domenic and Hugo Candeloro. Rudy was an Army Veteran of World War II. He attended Temple Business School and worked in the wholesale food industry for over 60 years. He enjoyed camping, horse back riding and watching old westerns.


Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing from 9 to 11am Thursday at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Funeral service 11am Thursday at the funeral home.


Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham, PA.
