Agnes Dorothy Matteo (nee Cartwright), on December 25, 2011, of Blackwood, formerly of Chews Landing. Age 94.


Beloved wife of the late George. Devoted mother of George W., Sr. (Kathleen), Roxey T. (Ginger) and the late Elaine Walters and Joseph R. Matteo. Dear mother-in-law of Rita Matteo and William Walters. Loving grandmother of 12, great grandmother of 21 and great great grandmother of 5. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.


Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing Wednesday evening from 7 to 9pm and Thursday morning from 8:15 to 9:15am at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.


Funeral Mass Thursday 10am Holy Child Parish, St. Teresa's RC Church, Runnemede.


Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.


In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Mrs. Matteo's memory to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
