Jennie Baldino (nee Scidurlo), on November 29, 2014, of Bellmawr. Age 88.


Beloved Wife of the late Vincent J., Jr. Beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Esther Scidurlo. Devoted mother of Vincent J, III (Noelle), Jaime (Leslie Cairone), and Joseph V. (Michelle). Loving grandmother of Joleen (Nick), Jeffrey, Nicole, Vincent IV, Michael, Danny, Albert, Josh, and the late Todd and Jaime. Great grandmother of Savannah Purkey. Dear sister of the late Peter and Jim Scidurlo. Sister-in-law of Angie Scidurlo and Loretta Sapienza. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins, especially Carol Clementi, Joe Scidurlo (Cille), Lorraine Franco and her former daughter-in-law Karen.


Jennie served as an Air Warden in WWII, and worked in the sheet metal shop in the Philadelphia Navy Yard. For a small woman, Jennie lived life in a large way with a love for dancing, spending summers on the Wildwood beach and some Winters in Florida. She was a member of the Annunciation Altar and Rosary Society. She was a member of the Bellmawr Little League Ladies Auxiliary and the Republican Club. Jennie was the founder and first president of the Altar and Rosary Society and dedicated parishioner of Mary, Mother of the Church, where she volunteered countless hours. While having made many friends, Aunt Antoinette, Mary Hunter, Jane Cavaleri, Nazzene Trivinia, and Eva Fantacone, her love for family was first and foremost. Jennie enjoyed cooking for her boys and their families, attending her sons and later her grandchildren's many sporting events and was an avid Philly sports fan.


There will be a viewing from 8 to 9:45am Tuesday morning at St. Joachim Parish, Mary, Mother of the Church, Bellmawr, followed by a funeral mass at 10am. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon.


In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Sisters of the St. Francis Convent, 424 E. Browning Rd. Bellmawr, NJ 08031.
