Anna V. Costanzo (nee Basile), on February 16, 2011, of Blackwood.


Beloved wife of the late Peter G. Costanzo, Sr. Devoted mother of Peter G., Jr. (Diane) and Joanne A. Lafferty (Kevin). Loving grandmother of Dena Bogardus (Gary) and Lora Blanco (Mark) and great grandmother of Eric, Eva, Anna and Sophia. Dear sister of Dolly, Vincent and the late Anthony and James.


Anna was a most knowledgeable and wise person. She was always on the go and always there for family and friends. She did volunteer work for St. Agnes Church, attended and took part in township political events and had the opportunity to meet and be photographed with the governor of NJ. Anna was mother to her brothers and sister. She loved her family and was always there to guide them. She never left you without giving you a hug, a kiss and saying, "I love you." She was a superb cook, seamstress and fashionista. She was one of the strongest women we knew, an inspiration to us all and very much admired. She will be deeply missed by all.


Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing from 8 to 10am Saturday morning at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Funeral Mass 10:30am at Our Lady of Hope Parish, St. Agnes RC Church, Coles & Little Gloucester Rds., Blackwood. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Chews Landing.
