James S. McHugh, on August 6, 2014, of Toms River. Age 80.


Beloved husband of Nancy (nee Byram). Devoted father of James (Patricia), Ronald (Debra) and Jeffrey. Loving grandfather of Alicia, Ryan (Nicole), James, Christopher, Maggie, Paul, Madison and Cassidy. Great grandfather of Emma, Olivia and Averie.


Mr. McHugh was a graduate of Camden Catholic Schools and Rutgers University. He worked as a manager for RCA/GE in Camden for 38 years.


Mr. McHugh was a basketball standout at Camden Catholic and Rutgers and in the RCA Industrial League. He was a golf aficionado with a 3-handicap and also an avid Red Sox fan.


There will be visitation from 9 to 11am Tuesday morning at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.


Funeral Service 11am at the funeral home.


Interment private.
