Robert A. Merritt "Bob" on August 30, 2013, of Glendora formerly of Barrington. Age 77.


Beloved husband of the late Margaret "Peggie". Devoted father of Robert, Greg (Rose), Dawn Kayser (Gary), Susan Cross (Don), Gina Yatzus (Stephen) and Dana Yost (Bill). Dear brother of Jack and the late Elaine Coigne and Lucille Watson. Loving grandfather of Sara, Patrick, Lauren, Donny, Corie, Andrew, Colin, Jared, Mya, and Samantha. Dear son of the late Willis Merritt and Edna (nee Clark). Also survived by his beloved dog Daisy.


Bob was a former coach for Gloucester Township Stallions football team. He served in the New Jersey National Guard and was a former employee of the Kappa Board Inc, Bellmawr. Bob was a avid fishermen, Eagles fan, and enjoyed wood working and working with his hands.


Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Graveside Service, Saturday 12noon at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, 55 Delsea Drive, Sewell, NJ 08080.


In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Robert's name to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
