Claire M. Gerhardt (nee Good), passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2013, in Westerville, OH.


Claire was a long-time resident of West Deptford, NJ. She attended Woodbury High School, the Methodist Hospital School of Nursing, and the University of Pennsylvania. After a 40 year career in the medical field, Claire retired in 2008 from United Healthcare as VP of Health Services.


She is survived by her sons, Stephen Parsio (Tamara) of Galena, OH, David Parsio (Ellen) of Lake Forest, CA, John Parsio, Jr. (Laura) of Lewis Center, OH, and seven grandchildren. Also survived by her brother, Martin Good (Catherine) of Washington Twp., NJ, her sister, Lillian Wolfe of Deptford, NJ, and numerous nephews and nieces.


A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 from 10am to 12 noon at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE, 126 S. Black Horse Pike, Runnemede (856-939-2095).


A memorial service to celebrate Claire's life will follow at 12 noon at the funeral home.


Interment private at the request of the family.


In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Claire's favorite charity, which was St. Jude Children's Research, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
