Robert C. Harkinson, "Bob", on December 7, 2012, a 42 year resident of Bellmawr, formerly of Philadelphia, PA. Age 80. Passed peacefully at his home with his family surrounding him.


Beloved husband of Marcella (nee Bandoch) of 55 years. Devoted father of Robert E. (Marylynn), Thomas M. (Dorothy), John C., Teresa DiSanti (Jeffrey), and James (Heather). Loving grandfather of Thomas Jr., Amy, Christine, Nicole, Jennifer, Amanda and Lindsay. Dear cousin of Carolyn Norris. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.


Robert was a member of the Bellmawr VFW Post 9563 and a Army vet of the Korean Conflict who served with the Big Red One. Robert worked for General Electric in Philadelphia for 42 years. After his retirement, Bob was a driver for the Bellmawr Bus for 5 years.


Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing Saturday morning 8 to 9:45am at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.


Funeral Mass 10:30am at St. Joachim Parish, Annunciation Church, Bellmawr.


Entombment New St. Mary's Mausoleum, Bellmawr.
