Stephen T. Phillips “Steve”, on January 9, 2018, of Gloucester Township, formerly of Runnemede. Age 57.

Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Pierce). Devoted father of Pierce and Kelly. Dear brother of Deborah Rudolph (Ron) and Sharon Waxman (Brad). Also survived by his in-laws the Pierces and his nieces and nephews. Loving son of the late Arch and Doris Phillips.

Steve was a coach for Gloucester Township Little League and Gloucester Township American Legion Post #281, leading them to two state championships. He also coached for the Gloucester Township Hockey Assoc.

There will be a viewing from 6 to 8pm Thursday eve and 10 to 11am Friday morning at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Funeral Service 11am Friday at the funeral home.

Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chews Landing.

In lieu of flowers, it was Steve’s wish that donations be made in his memory to Highland High School Baseball, C/O Coach D.J. Gore, 450 Erial Rd., Blackwood, NJ 08012.
