Doris V. Phillips (nee Downey), of Runnemede, died peacefully at home on December 3, 2012. Age 81.


Beloved wife of the late Arch. Devoted mother of Deborah Rudolph and her husband Ron of Williamstown, Sharon Waxman and her husband Brad of Sewell and Steve Phillips and his wife Patty of Laurel Springs. Loving grandmother of Zachary, Mackenzie, Pierce, Paige and Kelly. Dear sister of Thomas Downey of Folsom and the late Peggy Datz. Sister-in-law of Bill Datz. Also survived by her nephews Dave, Jeff and Rich Datz, Tim Downey and their families.


There will be a viewing from 7 to 9pm Thursday evening and from 8:00 to 9:15am Friday morning at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.


Funeral Mass 10am Friday at Holy Child Parish, St. Maria Goretti RC Church, Runnemede.


Interment by Arch's side at New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.


The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made in Doris' memory to ALS Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter, 321 Norristown Road, Suite 260, Ambler, PA 19002.
