Russell E. Davis "Reds" on August 24, 2013, of Somerdale formerly of Philadelphia, PA. Age 84.


Beloved husband of the late Virginia "Jean" (nee Bloom). Devoted father of Donna Ciccotelli (Andy), Jeanne Poirier (Gary) and Annette Davis. Loving grandfather of Nicol Calhoun, Gary Poirier (Dannie), and Drew and Brett Ciccotelli, and great grandfather of Tristan Calhoun, Gavin and Myka Ann Poirier. Brother of the late Al, Ray, and John Davis. Dear uncle of Dottie, Ray, Jackie, MaryAnn, Rich, Debbie, Tina, John and the late Kathy. Also survived by his sister-in-law Dolores and his beloved pet Prissy.


Mr. Davis was a sheet metal worker with Local 19 for over 50 years. He retired from E.D. Menold after over 40 years of service. Mr. Davis enjoyed fishing and built his summer home in Laurel Lake where he was a member of the LLPOA.


Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing Wednesday morning from 9 to 11am at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.


Funeral Service 11am at the funeral home. Interment private.
