Phyllis Jean Fay (nee Palladino), on May 23, 2013, of Blackwood. Age 77.


Beloved wife of the late John Frances. Devoted mother of John Frances Fay, Jr. (Christina), Michael Patrick Fay, Kelly Marie Fay, and Patrick Frances Fay. Loving grandmother of Bonnie Elizabeth, John Frances III, Kelly Burr, Hannan Grace, Shainna Jean, Patrick Michael and Shane Thomas. Dear sister of Henrietta Haiungs and the late Jake Palladino. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.


Phyllis was an avid quilter, making many treks to Lancaster with her quilting friends. She also loved a good book.


There will be a viewing Monday evening 6 to 8pm and Tuesday morning 8:15 to 9:15am at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.


Funeral Mass 10am Tuesday at Holy Child Parish, St. Teresa's RC Church.


Interment private at the request of the family.


In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Phyllis's name to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Drive, Suite 300, Marlton, New Jersey 08053.
