Judith R. Rice (nee Heisley), passed away peacefully at home on January 27, 2024. Born on July 1, 1944, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Judith was the daughter of the late John Heisley and Harriet Rees. Loving mother of Elizabeth McIlhenney (Jim), Patricia McConnell (John). Loving grandmom of John (Kathryn), Alyssa (Dillon), Alaina and Aidan. Dear sister of the late John "Jack" Heisley. Sister-in-law of Esther Heisley. Also survived by her nieces.

For the last ~50 years, Judith has been a resident of Mount Ephraim. She had a passion for helping and caring for animals and was a devoted member of the Mount Ephraim T.N.R. program. She also volunteered her time at the Pet Smart in Lawnside.

In lieu of flowers, Judith's family requests donations to be made to the Community Cat Club in Judith's honor www.communitycatclub.org/donate.

Judy and I were friends 47yrs we met when our daughter's were in Scouts.She was our cookie chairman instantly we became good friends and had lots of fun times.Judy was always devoted to her daughter's grandchildren and love of animals.We shared so many Wonderful memories.She was truly a Gift from God to me and everyone she came in contact with.Love and Miss you Madeline Jones
