Dr. Francis X. Murray, Jr., on January 4, 2023, of Somerdale. Age 74.
Beloved husband of 51 years to Denise Murray (nee Smith). Devoted father of Kristin McGettigan (Brian), Jaime Eberts (Jason), and Dr. Jeffrey Murray (Colleen). Loving Pop Pop of Ryan, Sean, Casey, Kylie, Andrew, Mackenzie, and Colin. Dear brother of Marguerite "Peg" Rybicki (Arthur), John J. Murray, Kenneth S. Murray (Jane), and Donna M. Wiesenecker (Stephen). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Dr. Murray retired from his family medicine practice in Bellmawr after serving his patients for 37 years.
There will be a viewing from 7pm to 9pm Monday, January 9, 2023 and from 9am to 10am Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.
Funeral Mass 11am Tuesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, St. Luke's RC Church, 55 Warwick Road, Stratford, NJ 08084.
Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Chews Landing, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Francis' memory to the St. John Paul II Regional School, 55 Warwick Road, Stratford, NJ 08084 (jp2rs.org).

He was one of the very best doctors ever. He gave more than he ever got! He was my physician for all of those 37 years, and I am better for it. My doc, my bud and my friend. You will be missed Dr. Fran! All of my condolences go to his Family and friends. You always took care of our lives and now may May God Bless your soul!
My deepest heartfelt condolences to the Murray family. Dr Fran was and will always be my favorite boss. It was a pleasure to work for him, he taught me so much that I still practice in my continuing healthcare profession. RIP sweet man… you will be missed by so many!!!
