Father of Lina Walker, Karly Moan, and Matheu Moan. Son of Gail (nee Gulbert) and the late Charles F. Moan, Sr. Husband of Melanie Boyd. Brother of Gary Moan (Becky), John Hull (Sherry), and Steven Moan (Mackenzie). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Charles loved to cook. He enjoyed listening to music, going to concerts, hockey, snorkeling, fishing, and hiking.
Services and interment are private at the request of the family.
