As a kid growing up, Mr. DeBella was like my second father. We spent unknown amount of time at the DeBellas and they over our house as well. From listening to him play guitar, to his awesome cars he had growing up! He even had a really cool plane that ran on some form of fuel. He would take my older brother John, Joey, Mikey and myself to the park in Bellmawr and we would fly that plane around and around. So much fun! Every year it was watching Eagles football at the DeBella’s, capped off by the Super-Bowl, and Joe DeBellas world famous Stromboli! Of course the Eagles never would be playing.. He was such a big part of my childhood, that I wished I could have told him that. He left a huge impression on me until this day. Cathy, Joe, and Mike, I am very sorry for your loss. Mr.DeBell was truly a special person. He will be missed greatly. He will also be remembered for the rest of my life.
