Lorraine H. Alexandre (née Demo), age 94, of Glendora, passed peacefully on July 25, 2022, surrounded by family. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Alexandre. Devoted mother of Raeanne Straub (Eric) and the late Joyce Hettich (Chick) and Renee Alexandre. Loving grandmother of Nadia (Joe), Sydney, Eric, and the late Renee; great grandmother of Joey, Paul, Olivia, Amanda, and Samantha; and great great grandmother of Savannah. Dear sister of Anna Mae Brown, Lynn Miller, and the late Clifford and Tom Demo. Also survived by her many nieces and nephews; and dearest to her heart, niece Cheri, who is such a blessing to the family. Her neighbor Justin is also to mention as he always looked out for her and treated her like his own mother.
Lorraine loved game shows, especially Jeopardy!. She also never missed an episode of her favorite show, Perry Mason. She loved cooking and was known to make the best brownies and shrimp macaroni salad. Lorraine was also known to be very witty and upheld her humor to the very end. Her most famous joke was when someone asked her how she felt, to which she would respond, "with my hands." She also loved the phrase, "See you later, alligator. After a while, crocodile." when saying goodbye to her family. Lorraine was a kind, selfless, and very generous woman. She was the kind of person that made sure everyone felt welcome and had a good time. Lorraine loved putting a smile on everyone's face.
