Jordan T. Jada, 21, of Glenolden passed suddenly on July 16, 2022. Loving son of Kimberly Segars. Devoted brother of Amanda Lafferty (Michael), Laura Razzi (Brian), Christina McCloskey, and Sarah Fornaro. Dear uncle of Madison, Michael, Anthony, Kelli, and Allison. Cherished grandson of Rosemary McAfee and Gary Segars (Jean). Also survived by his faithful companion "Rocky."

Jordan was a lifelong resident of Delaware County and an avid Philadelphia sports fan who would talk and analyze Eagles games for hours. His passion for athletics started early and developed into Jordan playing lacrosse for the Young Bucs and football for St. Gabriel's. Jordan always found a way to make the simplest things humorous and had difficulty holding back a smile when he tried to be serious. Jordan gladly put the needs of others before his own on a daily basis and wanted nothing more than to make his family proud. He was a great friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing him and truly loved his family.

A private service will be held at the request of the family.

In lieu of flowers, and continuing Jordan's lifelong love of animals, donations may be made in Jordan's memory to Providence Animal Center in Media, PA. https://interland3.donorperfect.net/weblink/weblink.aspx?name=E348887&id=3

Jordan,
Despite growing distant in recent years due to moving and different life changes we have many great memories. You were one of the first people to help me when I embarked on my journey to get sober. You were always the first to try and help others, there were times in the past i couldn’t even afford shoes and you brought me over pulled out a bunch of shoes and told me to pick two pairs. Your loyalty knew no bounds and you truly cared about those you loved. I have many great memories with you and will hold onto them dearly, especially when you would show up out of the blue when we all lived in tinicum to hang out with me and my daughter in the mornings because we would be the only ones up that early to when you went to the middle of the dance floor and started busting dance moves I didn’t know you were capable of in front of 100s of people. The song “Set it off by strafe” will always remind me of you singing the lyrics while playin NBA 2K in my old basement. You always knew how to make everyone in the room laugh. Please watch over your Mom and the rest of us, I will stay strong and live to the fullest in for you and the rest of our friends who are gone to soon. Rest in peace little brother, save me a spot and say whats up to bone, dan, and gavin for me. Love you buddy!
