Dear Gabe, Still missing you so much. I just watched the video posted here, and although it was your life rolling by in the many photos, I felt like it was my life too. I never realized until now how much all of your life experiences were mine too. It made me feel so grateful and good to know what a beautiful life you had filled with the love of so many--your parents, your wife, your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and then the D'Auria, Arra, Fonseca, and Salvatore families, all of your wonderful friends, and, of course, your annoying but reformed little sister. I know your anniversary is coming up in June, and although I know that you were truly loved and enjoyed a great life, for me, the loneliness is ever present. You were special to me, Gabe. I don't think we ever had an argument or an unkind word for each other in our lives. How many people can make a statement like that about another? You were so gentle and kind, my beautiful brother. I miss so many things about you, but, most of all, I miss your being a phone call away. It's been a long year to be without someone you love and admire. God bless you. Love, Sis

Gabe, I really miss you. I don't know a world with you not in it. You took care of me as a child and then stepped in when I was 25 and Daddy died. You were so sweet and caring, Gabe. I turned to you for so many things that only a brother's love could resolve. I don't think you ever said "no" to me in my life. Whatever it was, you found a way. I know you suffered badly these past years, but I'm so grateful I got to spend so much time with you and to share remembrances that only a brother and a sister could appreciate. I'm glad you're with Rita, Donna and our Mom and Dad now. I'm so glad for that, Gabe, because you deserve to be happy and at peace for all the joy you've brought to your family and friends. We never got to see Joey Alexander in person, but if and when I do, I will think of you the whole time. In fact, so much of the music I love reminds me of you, because you loved it too. Now, you can sit by the piano with Daddy and play all the music you want. I love you my big brother. I hope I made you laugh sometimes. Love, Sis

Dad you will be greatly missed. I couldn't Have asked for a better father in law, grandfather for my boys and father for my husband. You were the true epitome of what a father should be. You truly loved and adored everyone. You always were there for your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. You’re a wonderful man and I hope my kids grow up to become as wonderful as their grandfather and father are. You are sooooo missed! Love you with all our hearts dad MiMi
