Michael P. Mahon, on May 18, 2022, of Wildwood Crest. Age 38. Beloved son of Maureen Mahon (nee Byrnes) and the late Michael S. Mahon. Devoted brother of Maureen Mattson (Michael), Sean Mahon (Samantha), Brendan Mahon (Jack Allan), and Bridget Mahon (Elizabeth Hillin). Loving uncle of Francis and Bridget Mattson. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Michael proudly served with the US Coast Guard. He was a boat captain and fisherman who loved the ocean and sunshine. He also served with the Wildwood Crest Beach Patrol.
There will be a visitation from 11am to 1pm Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Memorial service 1pm at the funeral home. Interment is private at the request of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Michael's memory to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, 4301 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 300, Arlington, VA 22203 or by visiting www.nami.org.
