Florence R. DeSantis, on January 9, 2022, longtime resident of Runnemede. Age 89.
Beloved wife of the late Anthony for over 50 years. Devoted mother of Edward DeSantis, Donna Collins (Terry), and Paula Duray (Chuck). Loving mom mom of Nicholas (Elizabeth), Amanda (Mike), Alexandra (Tom), Joshua, Matthew, Brooks, and Samantha and nanny mom mom of Christopher, Charlotte, Logan, Noelle, and Camilla. Dear sister of Camillo DiLuzio (Barbara). Also survived by nieces and many cousins.
Florence was a Class of 1950 graduate of Overbrook High School in West Philadelphia. She was an active member of St. Maria Goretti Church Altar Rosary Society. Florence loved working and playing BINGO at Church. She also worked for many years in the Runnemede Borough Hall and was the Recording Secretary for Runnemede Senior Citizens.
There will be a viewing 8:15am to 10:15am Saturday at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, BELLMAWR.
Funeral Mass 11am Holy Child Parish, St. Maria Goretti RC Church.
Entombment New St. Mary's Mausoleum, Bellmawr.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Florence's memory to Bayada at Inspira Hospice, 500 Grove Street, Suite 300, Haddon Heights NJ 08035.
