So sorry to hear about Mike D's passing. I enjoyed working with him on the MCLEF dinners and golf outings when I lived in Brigantine. He was one of the most caring and down to earth individuals I ever met and a true hero. My condolences to the DiFrancesco family.

MY SINCERE CONDOLENCES. MAY YOUR HEART BE FILLED WITH WONDERFUL MEMORIES OF THE TIME YOU SPENT TOGETHER WITH MICHAEL YOU REFELCT ON A LIFE WELL LIVED

L LtGen Jon Davis USMC Ret on Nov 25, 2021

Carol and I are deeply saddened by Mike’s passing. He was a true patriot who served his country and his community his entire life. A wonderful husband, dad and friend. I met him in 2007 through his selfless work with the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation. Whenever I lost a Marine or Sailor, my first call for help for their families went to Mike. He was always ready, willing and able to help - and the families of the fallen remember him fondly. One of the best and most selfless men we’ve ever known - and we miss him and will remember him forever.

When you joined our family so many years ago, you showed us who you were by your presence, generosity, caring and sharing. We also remember how you always went above and beyond for fellow veterans, including my father. You will be greatly missed. Our hearts are filled with sadness and our thoughts and prayers are with Eileen, your children and grandchildren and your extended family.

Mike; you were the man behind the scenes of the military style "Induction Center" responsible for hiring 4000+ Federal Air Marshals in the aftermath of 9/11. You were a man of action who always answered "it will be done". Rest in peace brother. Semper Fi.

Mr.D was always a great guy to me when at there home to see Jon and Mark. Sad to see him leave us. To Mrs.D, Jon and Mark horribly sorry for your and the rest of the families loss.

A Anita on Nov 23, 2021

Mike was a very unique and special person and we loved his company. I’m sure he and Barry are now sharing more of the same stories that created a strong bond between them over the years but too few on this earth. May his memory be a blessing.
