Irene M. Filipski (nee Comoroto), on April 12, 2021, of Blackwood, formerly of Camden. Age 76.
Beloved wife of Michael for 50 years. Loving mother of Melissa Thomas (Dan) and Christine Filipski (John Kinnerman, Jr.). Dear Granny of Ashley, Samuel, Rebecca and Jorge. Sister of the late Theresa Lambert, Dorothy Edwards, Rosina Comorato, Lucille Roberts, Rocco Comorato and Eleanor Steigerwald. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Irene enjoyed playing Bingo, reading romance novels, watching games shows and old movies and playing Trivial Pursuit. She loved her dogs and family and their vacations in Florida.
There will be a visitation from 6pm to 8pm on Friday at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.
Celebration of Life 8pm at the Funeral Home.
Interment private.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shriners Hospital, 3551 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140.
