Paul, So sorry for your loss. She was a blessing to come into your life after your first loss. She was a kind and giving person that would do anything for anyone. We will never forget your wedding day and to have your godchild in the wedding party. She loved you so much and always went up and above to show you. Your retirement party was shown with her love for you and the man she loved . She will be deeply missed and she was a fighter to the end. Her Memorial mass was a beautiful tribute to her. Rest in peace my friend and prayers for you and your family during this difficult time.
Love, Mary and John

Paul, We are so sorry for your loss. Diana was one of the kindest most loving people I have every know. She would do anything for anyone. Years ago even thought she had a full house with her own family she brought children over from Ireland when times were difficult so that they could have a summer free from the strife and enjoy their childhood feeling safe. She loved them all. She was so proud of her Irish heritage. Diana took on every challenge from nursing, to baking to cooking to having her own small business, to being a flight attendant just to name a few, and she did them all well. She did not have the easiest life but then she met you and things started to change. You made her feel safe, secure and loved. When she was diagnosed with this terrible disease four years ago she knew you were with her the whole way. It was heartbreaking to see you both give up everything you had worked for to move to California but she would have done anything to prolong your time together. Even through all of that she still had dreams to accomplish and with you help she got to go to her beloved Ireland. She also found great joy in planning your retirement party and making sure it was a surprise. She loved you very much. I can't tell you how many times she told me she wouldn't know what she would do without you. I'm going to miss her so much. She use to say we were sister in a different life. She liked to tease me about my cooking skills (or lack there of) and how I had a kitchen from the 50's. She had a great sense of humor and had an ongoing debate with Steve over "gravy or sauce" She called him her "Mr Gravy". She told me that at Christmas time the first card you got with the Three Wise Men brought you luck. So every year I made sure I sent them to her. So many good times, so many laughs, so many memories. Diana, like you use to say "I love you more than chocolate" you will always live in our hearts.

Love
Jean & Steve

Diana was a true gem, heaven has gained one heck of an angel. She treated me like a daughter of her own & provided me with invaluable childhood memories when I visited her from Ireland. Thinking of Paul & the rest of the family at this very sad time. May she Rest in Peace.
