I'm truly blessed to have been able to call Lucy my best friend for over half of my life. Even now, several months after her passing I still think about her on a daily basis. I love and miss you with all my heart Lucy, thank you so much for being a constant light in my life, thank you for making me the person that I am today, and thank you for all of the memories that I'll cherish for the rest of my life. Until we meet again my sweet chaotic angel đź’ś

I worked as Lucy's supervisor briefly in 2019. She always brought a smile to my face. She was a very hard worker, and one of the kindest people I ever met. I am truly saddened to hear of her passing. Her smile and enthusiasm will stay in my memory. My condolences to everyone who had the privilege to know her. Heather Andolsen

CandleMy sincere condolences on the passing of this astounding and wonderous young lady. As a toddler, she would smell and pick the flowers, then in a flash to be lost in the flight of a butterfly to observe as it flew and she wandered behind it looking at it intently, studying its movements and the path of its journey. Not to be outdone by the chasing of a kitty cat, in the hopes of catching it and getting the opportunity to possibly have it snuggle and cuddle with her. As she grew the thought of not being able to rescue a tadpole or a slug that had been baked in the blistering summer heat, hurt her soul. That is who she was, a kind, compassionate soul with the essence of character unmatched in many people today. Now my dear sweet girl follow the flight of your butterflies and soar with them. Be the guardian angel from above to those whom you cherish and love dearly. You will be missed Miss Lucy "my little punkin head". May your soul rest in peace.

I am so sorry for your loss. Lucy was one of the nicest girls I have ever met. She was polite and kind. A little story for you that makes me laugh when I think of her. During girl scouts she was always one of the quieter girls until we took her camping! There was a bug and she screamed so loudly I couldn’t believe that sound came from her. You are all in my prayers.

I've worked with Lucy since she was a freshman at Rutgers. She was very shy and quiet. It was amazing watching her grow into the young woman she was. Lucy was always willing to help and jump in and help. Her doodles always made me smile. She loved to bring in veggies from her garden or baked goods to share with us at the library.
Lucy you will be missed .Thank you for the smiles and the memories.

I worked with Lucy at the library. She was always a delightful and sunny presence. Quiet but always there when needed. We would talk about cats and butterflies. She loved nature. I enjoyed talking with her and will miss her.
