Aunt Eleanor was the warmest, kindest and most generous person that I've ever known. She had a wonderful sense of humor, a beautiful smile, a caring heart and Grandpa Andy's thumbs and hair! :) She had such a lively spirit. It's hard to believe that she's gone. Heaven got a good one. Love and miss you, AE!

Eleanor was one of the most amazing people I have known. She was always upbeat, happy, never complaining, had a great sense of humor! Consider her one of the best friends ever and will be forever missed.

Eleanor will be long remembered as a gifted teacher, helpful colleague, and a friend who always had kind words to share about her students and fellow staff members. She was also the only person ever able to convince me to wear leiderhosen (they belonged to Bill) one year for Halloween! I will always treasure the many times I was able to visit her classroom and see the kindness and caring Eleanor showed her students. Eleanor taught us all much about what it takes to be a positive influence on childrens development.

I had the privilege of having Eleanor teach my son. Also, I was her classroom aide for one year. She was an amazing woman and teacher. She will be missed.
