Joseph Seblano, age 67, of Magnolia, NJ died suddenly on June 9, 2020. Loving husband of 46 years to Deborah Seblano (nee Williams). Caring father of Joseph Seblano (Natalie) and Jessica Seblano. Beloved grandfather of Kylee.

Born on May 29, 1953 to Joseph and Delores Seblano in Brooklyn, NY, where he grew up with his 9 brothers and sisters. At a very young age, Joe fell in love with the seafood business and worked that profession up until he passed. A few years after Joseph and Deborah got married, they decided to move to South Jersey where they wanted to raise their two children.

Affectionately known as "Joe Fish," he was family oriented, a hard worker and dedicated to his friends. Joe was the type of person that would go above and beyond for others. He enjoyed watching sports, crime TV and especially loved fishing. His fondest memory with his family, would be spending summers in the Poconos with his wife and kids and continued on that tradition with his granddaughter. Joe was known by his friends and coworkers as the funny guy, who loved to tell his hysterical stories from when growing up in Brooklyn. Joe will be deeply missed by his friends and family.

There will be a viewing from 3 to 6pm Sunday at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.

Funeral Service 6pm at the funeral home.

Interment private at the request of the family.

Masks are required to enter the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, we encourage you to donate to one of the charities he held close to his heart, because of his granddaughter. Please make a donation to NEPHCURE Kidney International, 150 S. Warner Road, Suite 402, King of Prussia, PA 19406 or by visiting nephcure.org/ways-to-give in Joe's memory.

Thankfully, I had the very distinct honor of working with Joe for several years at Laurel Seafood. I was around eighteen or so when I first met Joe & immediately; we enjoyed each other's company & nutty sense of humor. I loved every minute I got to work with Joe because he was an Original. One of One.

Joe taught me many things inside & outside the seafood business. For instance, he taught me how to filet a wide variety of fish, of which Joe was a Master. He also taught me several life lessons during our time working together that now, as an adult, are worth their weight in gold. Plus, Joe always had a funny saying or a quick quip about something that was going on because like I said, he was an Original.

He's a loving father who always talked proudly about his children & their accomplishments. He was the positive energy on the days we felt negative. His energy was so infectious there's no way you could be miserable around him & that is something I will never forget!

Thank you for all the advice, all the knowledge & all the laughs.

Here's to the Memory of a Wonderful, Hard-Working Man, Loving Father & Husband!

You will be missed, buddy!

Rest in Peace, Joe.

My heart is hurting and miss you so badly. God took a great family man who means the world to his family. I will forever be daddy’s little girl.
