Archibald Harrison Johnson Murphy, Jr., "Archie", on March 27, 2012, of Bellmawr. Age 80.


Beloved husband of Dorothy Hazel (nee Goss). Devoted father of Dottie Denny and her husband Rick, Chris Valeno and his wife Carmela, Terri Burrows and her husband Chris and the late Ben Kennedy. Father-in-law of Angela Kennedy. Loving grandfather of Ricky, Jr. and Josh Denny, Rocco, Ben and Karlie Kennedy, Joseph and Juliana Valeno and Giavanna and Marco Pratta. Dear brother of Jean Lawrence, Rosemary Riebel, Dolores Cordetti, Alfreda Witkowski and Louis Murphy.


Mr. Murphy graduated from Temple University in 1959 as a mechanical draftsman. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War.


Mr. Murphy worked at Mobil Oil and Campbell Soup Co.


There will be a viewing from 10am to 12 noon Monday at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.


Funeral Service 12 noon at the funeral home.


Interment Gloucester County Veteran's Cemetery, Williamstown.
