Joseph F., on December 5, 2010, of Westmont. Age 81.


Beloved husband of Florence M. (nee Schmidt). Loving father of Joseph F., Jr. (Lynn), James P. (Celina), Thomas J. (Elizabeth), Maureen C. Phillips (John), Brian R. (Karin) and the late Theresa A. Berghaier. Dear brother of Frank, Jack, Eileen Pisco, Dottie Schuler, Den, Tom, Mary Monagle, Bill, Kathy Owens and the late Nancy Hoffman. Also survived by 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.


Mr. McHugh was a member and Business Representative of IBEW Union Local 98, Philadelphia. He was formerly active in the Westmont Little League as a coach and board member.


There will be a viewing from 6 to 9pm Wednesday eve and 9 to 10:45am Thursday morning at Holy Saviour RC Church in the Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish, 50 Emerald Ave., Westmont, NJ 08108. Funeral Mass 11am in church. Interment private at the convenience of the family.
