Winifred J. Packer (nee Burns), on December 16, 2011, of Hilltop. Age 87.


Devoted mother of Arel Sharer (Charity) and the late Robert Sharer, Jr. Dear sister of Margaret Hawn, Betty Mountfort and the late Mary Sweeten and James Burns. Wife of the late David E. Packer, Sr. Also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.


Mrs. Packer was a U.S. Army veteran. She was the owner of Hilltop Bus Services. Mrs. Packer was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Blackwood Chapter #197 and the Chews Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary.


There will be a viewing from 12 noon to 1pm Tuesday at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.


Funeral Service 1pm at the funeral home.


Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park, Hurffville.
