Carol J. (nee Shisler) Thompson, on December 11, 2010, of Runnemede. Age 68.


Beloved wife of the late Russell. Devoted mother of Brian Thompson (Lori) of Glendora, and Karen Bracken (Jim) of Pitman. Loving grandmother of Donna and the late Michael Shisler, step-grandmother of Billy, Erin, and Megan, and great-grandmother of Justin Lee.


Carol was a long-time employee of Sun Bank, formerly South Jersey Savings & Loan. She was also a former member of the Order of Eastern Star, Chapter 227, Laurel Springs.


Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation Sunday evening from 7 to 9 pm and Monday morning from 9 to 10am at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.


Funeral service 10am Monday at the funeral home. Interment Bethel Cemetery, Pennsauken.


In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Carol's memory to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Drive, Suite 150, Marlton, NJ 08053.
