Wendell Robert Leonard on December 11, 2010 of Magnolia. Age 73.


Beloved husband of Joan P. (Nee Turnier). Beloved father of Wendi Cathcart (Jon), Robyn White (Jim), Becki Leonard and Chad Leonard. Dear brother of Elizabeth Young. Loving grandfather of Eric, Alyson, Hunter and Paige. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.


Mr. Leonard was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge, Lindenwold. He co-founded the Leaners Horseshoe League which is affiliated with the Garden State Horseshoe League. Mr. Leonard proudly served his country during Vietnam in the US Army. He was stationed in San Antonio, TX. He grew up in Audubon and attended Audubon High School where he was a track star. He loved gardening, horseshoes, making breakfast, collecting coins and taking care of his pond. He was a manager at Ogden Foods Data Processing Division in Philadelphia, PA for over 20 years. He most recently worked for T & L Bus Company in Gibbsboro.


Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing Thursday evening from 7 to 9pm and Friday morning from 9 to 10am at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Funeral Service Friday 10am. Interment Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson.
